To create an account at 258bet and use any of the platform's services, users must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age. 258bet is a strictly adults-only platform. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately with the deposit balance refunded, excluding any winnings from bets.
• Be a Brazilian resident or be physically located in Brazil at the time of using the platform.

By registering, you confirm that the funds used for bets and deposits are from a legitimate source and that you are not using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Your 258bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all actions carried out using your login credentials.

• Keep your password safe and never share it with anyone, including 258bet support staff. Our team will never ask for your password through any support channel.

General rules applicable to all promotions:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, single bets are refunded. In combination bets, the cancelled event is treated as odds 1.00 (void) and the accumulator continues with the remaining events.
• 258bet reserves the right to void bets on events whose integrity has been compromised, such as cases of match-fixing confirmed by sports authorities.

Casino Games:

• Prior to closure, any available balance (provided it does not consist exclusively of bonus funds with an unmet rollover requirement) may be withdrawn via Pix.
• Voluntarily closed accounts may be reactivated within 30 days upon request to support, provided there are no pending verification issues or terms violations.

Suspension or closure by 258bet:

• 258bet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of breach of these terms, confirmed fraud, use of bots, duplicate account creation, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout (overpayment or underpayment), 258bet reserves the right to correct the amount after investigation by crediting or debiting the difference from the user's account.
